On August 20, 2020, police responded to a call after witnesses reported an intoxicated man was stopping vehicles in the street in Onalaska, WI. When police arrived, the man attempted to kick the door down of his residence, instead falling off the staircase. As the officer tried to take him into custody, he pulled away and wrestled with the officer.
