Man Hides a Small Bag in His Underwear, Gets Busted
On April 7, 2021, a La Crosse police officer was dispatched to a welfare check. The complainant advised an individual was rolling into the intersection through a red light and the driver鈥檚 head was resting on the steering wheel. When the officer approached, he noticed his pupils were very small and nearly pinpoint. He searched the man and happened to find a particular small bag in a secrete location.
