La Palma Police Department First Amendment Audit FAIL

This is my First Amendment Audit of the La Palma Police Department. This could have been a pass but Staff Sgt. Wright's behavior is what made them fail this audit. But at least they're conserving water, did you see how dry the grass is in front of the Department?
