Houston police bodycam video of Nicholas Chavez fatal officer-involved shooting

Nicholas Chavez was shot and killed in April by Houston police. Four officers have been fired and the full bodycam video has been released. This is that video. We have edited out profanities and video of the actual shooting, though audio of the shooting remains.
